Overview
DECO agate ball milling tank (model: DECO-SIO-V-1.5L) is a vertical ball milling tank made of Brazilian first-class agate (main component SiO2, purity 98.50%). It has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, safety and harmless, suitable for dry grinding and wet grinding methods, the maximum volume is 1.5L.

Principle
The ball mill tank is a container that provides grinding space for the planetary Ball mill. When working, the sample and the agate grinding ball are put into the tank, and the Ball mill drives the ball mill tank to run at high speed, causing severe friction and collision between the grinding ball and the sample. The generated energy homogenizes, crushes and mixes the sample to achieve the grinding purpose required by the experiment.

Steps
1. Prepare samples and grinding media (agate grinding ball, size 5-30mm) according to grinding requirements (dry or wet grinding).
2. Put the sample and grinding ball into a clean agate ball milling tank, taking care not to exceed the maximum volume (1.5L).
3. Cover the ball mill can tightly to ensure good sealing.
4. Install the ball mill tank correctly on the planetary ball mill.
5. Set the running parameters of the Ball mill (such as Rotation speed, time).
6. Start Ball mill for grinding.
7. After grinding, close the equipment, remove the ball mill tank, carefully open and collect the processed sample.
Notice
• Please check whether the ball mill tank is in good condition before use to ensure that there is no crazing or damage.
• The total amount of samples and grinding balls loaded shall not exceed the maximum volume of the ball milling tank (1.5L).
• Be sure to ensure that the ball mill lid is tightly sealed to prevent sample leakage or contamination during grinding.
• Temperature range of this product is 0-80 ℃, please do not use it beyond this Temperature range.
• After the grinding is completed, please clean the ball mill tank and grinding ball in time and keep it drying for next use.
