Overview
The YIHENG V1 Vortex Mixer is a small, high-efficiency laboratory device designed at a fixed speed, with a maximum speed of 2800RPM. The instrument is compact, shock-resistant, acid-alkali-resistant, and crash-resistant, and is suitable for fast mixing operations in a variety of testtube specifications.

Principle
The V1 vortex Mixer uses a circular oscillation mode to mix the samples with a vibration range of 4mm. The eccentric spherical shaft design combined with a fixed speed drive achieves an efficient and uniform mixing effect.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate adapter according to the testtube specifications (such as standard head, φ 100mm universal round head, handheld strut, etc.).
2. Install the vibration head to ensure it is firm.
3. Place the testtube or container on the adapter.
4. Select the working mode (point or continuous).
5. Start the instrument for mixing operation.
Notice
• Power frequency is 220V/50HZ to avoid voltage mismatch.
• Check the matching between the adapter and the testtube before use to prevent the container from peeling.
• When the instrument is working, do not touch moving parts to prevent injury.
• Regularly clean the countertop to maintain the corrosion and wear resistance of TPU materials.
• When vibrating at high speed, confirm that the silicone foot pad is stable to prevent the instrument from moving.
