YIHENG vortex Mixer V2 is an efficient laboratory mixing equipment, using stepless speed regulation technology, the maximum speed can reach 2800RPM, with the characteristics of small size, power consumption and low noise. The body adopts enhanced engineering plastic molding technology, acid and alkali resistance, collision resistance, the work surface is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant TPU material, providing continuous, point shock, speed regulation and other functions, suitable for a variety of testtube specifications.

Principle
The vortex Mixer generates circular oscillation through the eccentric spherical shaft design, with a vibration range of 4mm to achieve uniform mixing of samples. Users can flexibly control the speed from 0 to 2800RPM through pointing or continuous Operating Mode, combined with stepless speed regulation function, to adapt to different experimental needs.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate adapter (such as standard head, universal round head, handheld strut, etc.) according to the testtube specifications and install it
2. Place the testtube or container on the adapter
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the instrument.
4. Select Operating Mode (point or continuous)
5. Adjust the speed knob to the desired speed (0~ 2800RPM)
6. Start the instrument for mixing operation
7. Turn off the power after use and clean the countertop

• Power frequency 220V/50HZ to avoid voltage mismatch
• Pay attention to the design of the eccentric ball shaft when installing the vibration head to ensure stability
• Check whether the silicone foot pad is placed smoothly during high-speed vibration to prevent the instrument from moving
• Avoid use in humid or corrosive environments to protect body materials
• Regularly clean the TPU countertop to prevent contamination
• Select the correct specification when adapting the testtube to avoid overloading
