YIHENG BD50 overhead powerbasic stirrer adopts numerical control stepless governor, which can digitally display the running speed, has a low noise mechanical deceleration structure, small size and large output torque. Suitable for scientific research, Universities & colleges, chemical industry and other purposes.
Features
1. LCD display, multiple sets of data one-screen display, menu operation interface, knob setting, easy to understand, easy to observe and operate; stirring speed adjustable, working state can adjust the speed and working time.
2. Adopt maintenance-free brushless DC brushless motor, which can run continuously and stably for a long time, with the characteristics of stability, silence and strong Stirrer.
3. Equipped with stirringrod penetration hole, making the stirringrod easy to replace, without moving the Stir head up and down, you can easily adjust the Impeller.
4. The speed range is 30-2200rpm, and the minimum operating speed is 30rpm, which meets the lower speed experiment; the digital feedback system with speed control ensures constant speed and torque.
5. The closed shell prevents liquid from splashing into the internal corrosion circuit of the machine to ensure safe operation.
6. With a smooth start design, it can effectively prevent sample overflow; standard chuck protective cover, safety buckle, and anti-skid pad ensure safe operation.
7. Equipped with safety protection functions such as overload, overcurrent, and overtemperature, the circuit is automatically cut off when abnormal and a fault is prompted.
8. Adopt imported self-locking chuck, easy and fast to operate, with locking function, to prevent the stirringrod from loosening, high degree of axis.
9. Can be equipped with RS232 data interface, remote control through software, real-time monitoring and recording speed, torque and other data.
Principle
The numerical control stepless governor is used to adjust the speed, and the digital feedback control system is used to ensure the constant speed and torque under the condition of viscosity change. Brushless motor drive realizes stable and silent operation.
