Overview
YIHENG BD100 overhead powerbasic stirrer is a numerical control stepless speed regulation equipment. It adopts LCD screen to digitally display the running speed. It has a low-noise mechanical deceleration structure, small size and large output torque. It is suitable for scientific research, Universities & colleges, chemical industry and other fields, and can operate stably for a long time.

1. Liquid crystal display multiple sets of data on one screen display, menu operation interface and knob setting, easy to understand, easy to observe and operate; stirring speed adjustable, working state can adjust the speed and time.
2. Adopt maintenance-free brushless DC brushless motor for long-term continuous and stable operation, with stable, quiet and powerful characteristics.
3. Equipped with stirringrod penetration hole, it is convenient to replace the stirringrod, and the Impeller can be adjusted without moving the Stir head up and down.
4. Speed range 30-2200rpm, minimum 30rpm, to meet the low speed experiment; digital feedback system to ensure constant speed and torque, adapt to viscosity changes.
5. The closed housing prevents liquid from splashing into the corrosive circuit, ensuring safe operation.
6. Smooth start design to prevent sample overflow; standard chuck protective cover, safety buckle, anti-skid pad to ensure safe operation.
7. Equipped with safety protection functions such as overload, overcurrent, and overtemperature, the circuit is automatically cut off when abnormal and a fault is prompted.
8. Adopt imported self-locking chuck, easy and quick to operate, with locking function to prevent the stirringrod from loosening, and high axis degree.
9. Can be equipped with RS232 data interface, remote control through software, real-time monitoring and recording speed, torque and other data.
Principle
Stirring process stability is ensured by using digital feedback control system to maintain constant speed and torque under the condition of viscosity change. Brushless motor drives mechanical deceleration structure to achieve low noise and high torque output.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the rated voltage is 100~ 240V 50/60HZ.
2. Use a self-locking chuck to fix the stirringrod, and the clamping range is φ 0.5~ 10mm.
3. Adjust the set speed by knob type, range 30~ 2200rpm, can be digitally displayed.
4. Set Timer Range 1~ 99999min, adjust as needed.
5. Start the device and use the smooth start function to prevent sample overflow.
6. The speed and time can be adjusted at any time during the working process.
7. Optional RS232 interface for remote control and monitoring of data through software.
Notice
• Power frequency to ensure that the rated range, to avoid overload use.
• Pay attention to liquid splashing during operation, and use a closed case to protect the circuit.
• Use chuck protective cover, safety buckle and non-slip pad to prevent accidents.
• Regularly check the equipment, if there is any overload, overcurrent or overtemperature abnormality, immediately stop using it and deal with the fault.
• Use the penetrating hole when replacing the stirringrod to avoid moving the Stir head up and down.
• Ensure stable software connection during remote control and monitor data in real time.
