Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT FS-2 adjustable high-speed disperser (homogenizer) adopts high-speed series motor, equipped with stable silicon control adjustment system and professional integrated circuit photoelectric speed measurement system to ensure accurate and stable speed reading. Principle
The device drives the disperser head to high-speed swirl/spin through a high-speed series motor to generate a strong shear force. The user controls the motor Rotation speed through a silicon-controlled adjustment system, and the photoelectric speed measurement system monitors and displays the Rotation speed in real time, so as to achieve high-speed dispersion and homogenization of materials.

Steps
1. Place the material to be processed in a suitable container.
2. According to the material characteristics, preset the required Rotation speed through the speed control knob.
3. Turn on the power and the device starts.
4. Immerse the dispersion head in the material and start the dispersion operation.
5. Rotation speed display can be adjusted to the best working Rotation speed at any time.
6. After the processing is completed, turn off the power, remove and clean the dispersion head.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements before use.
• Do not expose the disperser head to the air during operation to avoid damage to the equipment or splashing.
• Choose the appropriate container and dispersion head according to the material consistency to avoid excessive load.
• Do not touch the swirl/spin parts with your hands or other objects while the equipment is running.
