Principle
The Stirrer uses a brushless DC motor as the driving core, and performs stepless speed control through digital knobs. The output torque of the motor is transmitted to the Impeller through the chuck to achieve a constant speed Stir in the range of 30-2000rpm. At the same time, the temperature change is monitored in real time through an external temperature transducer, and the relevant parameters are displayed on the TFT LCD screen.

Steps
1. Connect AC 100~ 240V power supply
2. Install φ 2~ 10mm Impeller to Collet
3. Set the required speed through the digital knob (30-2000rpm)
4. Set the timing time (1-6000min)
5. Select the forward or reverse mode
6. Stirrer starts working
7. Monitor speed and temperature parameters through TFT LCD screen

• Ambient Temperature must not exceed 40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Impeller clamping range is limited to φ 2~ 10mm
• Maximum processing capacity is 40L
• Maximum viscosity does not exceed 100000mpa.s
• Make sure the overload protection function is normal before use
• Note that the timer setting range is 1-6000min
• Connect PT1000 Sensor for temperature measurement
