Overview
LANYU LYM300W-T Electric Stirrer is a laboratory high-efficiency mixing equipment. It adopts a three-core processor intelligent control main board and a 2.8-inch TFT true color touch screen, which can display the voltage, Frequency, Current, Power and Torque Linear dispersion diagram in real time to ensure accurate experimental data. The equipment has overload and overcurrent protection, self-test, timing, memory and other functions, supports preset Rotation speed and stepless speed regulation, and is easy to operate.

Principle
The electric Stirrer is driven by a brushless DC motor and controlled by a three-core processor intelligent control main board. The user sets parameters such as Rotation speed through the true color touch screen, and the motor outputs the corresponding torque according to the command to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to realize the mixing of materials. The system monitors the running status in real time, and displays various parameters and Linear dispersion through the screen.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC 100~ 230V).
2. Turn it on through the 2.8-inch true color touch screen and conduct self-inspection.
3. Set the required Rotation speed, time and other parameters on the touch screen, or call the memory function.
4. Install the Impeller (clamping range 2~ 13mm) to the rotary chuck and fix it.
5. Place the mixing vessel in place to immerse the Impeller in the material.
6. Start the device and start stirring, and you can pause or adjust the parameters at any time through the touch screen during operation.
7. After reaching the set time or completing the mixing, the equipment stops running and the power is turned off.
Notice
* Power supply voltage in AC 100~ 230V range, Frequency matching 50/60HZ.
* Ambient Temperature should be ≤ 40 ℃, relative humidity should be ≤ 80%.
Processing capacity should be in the range of 50~ 60000ml, material viscosity should not exceed 100000mpa.s.
Please confirm that the Impeller is firmly installed on the chuck before use.
The equipment has an overload protection function, but do not overload for a long time.
Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
