Overview
LANYU LYD500W-T high-speed dispersion Homogenizer is a laboratory equipment driven by DC brushless motor. The machine is equipped with a three-core processor intelligent control main board and a 2.8-inch TFT true color touch screen, which can display voltage, Frequency, Current, Power and Torque Linear dispersion diagram in real time. It has functions such as overload and overcurrent protection, self-test, timing, memory, stepless speed regulation, etc. The working head can be removed and replaced, and the fuselage is injection molded with engineering plastics. The no-load Speed range is 1000-28000rpm.

Principle
The high-speed dispersed Homogenizer is driven by a DC brushless motor to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy and drive the removable working head to high-speed swirl/spin. The user sets the Rotation speed (100-28000rpm stepless adjustable) and timing (1-1000min) through the touch screen. The motor outputs the corresponding torque (maximum 18N.cm) according to the command. The working head generates a strong shear force in the sample, so as to achieve rapid dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and mixing of materials. The intelligent control main board monitors the running status in real time to ensure the stability and safety of the process.

Steps
Select the appropriate working head (e.g. 12G, 18G, etc.) according to the processing materials and install it.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
3. Rotation speed and timing time are set by 2.8 inch TFT touch screen.
4. Dip the working head into the sample to be processed and start the equipment.
5. Parameters can be paused or adjusted at any time during operation, and the screen displays the running status in real time.
6. After the set time is reached or the processing is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the working head for cleaning and sterilizing.
Notice
• Please ensure that the working head is firmly installed before use.
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be ≤ 40 ℃, relative humidity should be ≤ 80% RH.
• Do not run under overload for a long time, and pay attention to the overload protection prompted by the device.
• The working head is made of SS316 stainless steel, please follow the corresponding specifications when cleaning and sterilizing.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items near swirling/spinning parts during operation.
• Device weight is 10kg, please pay attention to safety when moving and placing.
