LANYU LYD500W-T High Speed Dispersion Homogenizer is a laboratory equipment. It adopts a three-core processor intelligent control main board and a 2.8-inch TFT true color touch screen. It can display the voltage, frequency, current, power and torque Linear dispersion diagram in real time to ensure accurate experimental data. It has functions such as overload and overcurrent protection, self-test, timing, memory, etc., and supports preset speed and pause operation at any time. The working head is removable design, which is easy to replace, clean and sterilize. The whole machine is injection molded with engineering plastics, which is safe and reliable. The no-load speed range is 1000-28000rpm.

Principle
Driven by brushless DC motor, stepless speed control is carried out by touch knob to achieve high-speed dispersion and homogenization. When working, the output torque of the motor is transmitted to the working head through the Stir shaft, and the materials are efficiently mixed at the set speed.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set the required speed and timing through the touch knob
3. Install the working head and start running
