The 6400A Flame photometer is an analytical instrument of the JINGQI brand. It adopts the Interference filter working mode and is equipped with an LED LCD screen for the detection of potassium (K) and sodium (Na) elements. It is widely used in many industries.

Principle
Based on the Interference filter technology, the Flame photometer emits light through the sample suction and injection into the flame excitation element, uses the filter to separate the specific wavelength light signal, and displays the concentration ratio of potassium and sodium on the LED LCD screen.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument and warm up
2. Use the knob to select the flame size
3. Inhale the sample for testing
4. Read the dual-channel proportional value through the LED LCD screen
5. Turn off the instrument after the test is completed
Notice
• Ensure that the sample suction and spray volume is less than 6mL/min to avoid clogging
• Pay attention to the state of the flameout protection device during operation
• Regularly check the light transmission characteristics of the filter to ensure accuracy
• Follow stability requirements, change no more than 3% within 15 seconds and no more than 5% within 5 minutes
