Overview
The CD-5C COD measuring instrument is a water quality testing equipment of JINGQI brand. It is designed separately from the measuring instrument and the digestion instrument to ensure the stability of the Optical inspection system. The instrument has a cold Illuminant narrow-band interference Optical inspection system, supports Cuvette Colorimetric, is intuitive and convenient to operate, and is suitable for the COD measurement range of 5~ 2000mg/L.
Features
1. The measuring instrument is separated from the digestion instrument, which does not affect the stability of the Optical inspection system
2. Cold Illuminant, Narrow Band Interference Optical inspection system, Optical inspection stability
3. Cuvette Colorimetric, better linearity
4. LCD large-screen LCD Chinese display, easy and intuitive operation
5. Digestion instrument temperature PID automatic temperature control, timing, high accuracy
6. Simple and time-saving operation, Colorimetric digestion without tube change
7. Digestion temperature and time can be set steplessly for other purposes
8. Standard Linear dispersion 10 and 500 measured values can be saved without loss
Principle
Colorimetric analysis is carried out by a cold Illuminant Narrow Band Interference Optical inspection system, and Sample Handling is carried out by a digestion instrument. The digestion instrument adopts PID automatic temperature control technology to digest the water sample at the set temperature, and then the COD concentration is calculated by the measurement of Absorbance by the measuring instrument.
Steps
1. Prepare water sample and add digestion tube
2. Set digestion temperature and time parameters
3. Start the digestion instrument for sample digestion
4. Colorimetric measurement directly after digestion
5. Read and record the measurement results
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 40 ℃
• Operating Relative Humidity not exceeding 85%
• Use AC 220 +/- 22V 50 +/- 0.5Hz power supply
• Optical inspection system to avoid contamination
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy
