Principle
The instrument is based on the determination principle of permanganate index (CODMn). The water sample is digested in a specific digestion environment (100 ℃ +/- 1.5 ℃) for 30 minutes to oxidize the reducing substances in the water sample. Then, the CODMn value of the water sample is calculated by measuring the change of Absorbance at a specific wavelength using an imported high-luminance Illuminant and a narrow-band filter system.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up, and enter the Chinese operation menu.
2. Prepare the water sample to be tested and the required Reagent.
3. According to the measurement requirements, choose factory calibration Linear dispersion or user self-calibration.
4. Add the water sample and Reagent to the digestion tube and place it in the instrument Digester for digestion (100 ° C +/- 1.5 ° C, 30 minutes).
5, after the digestion is completed, digestion tube into the measurement cell photometry.
6. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the CODMn concentration value, and the data can be saved.
Notice
• The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 85%.
• Power Supply is AC (220 +/- 22) V; (50 +/- 0.5) Hz to ensure stable power supply.
The digestion temperature should be strictly controlled within the range of 100 ° C +/- 1.5 ° C.
• Make sure the Optical inspection system is stable before measurement (Optical inspection Stability < 0.002A/20min).
• For samples close to or below the minimum detection limit (0.20mg/L), results should be judged with caution.
• Regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure Measurement accuracy (Indication Error ≤ +/- 4%, Repeatability ≤ 3%).
• The instrument case is made of ABS material, and care should be taken to avoid contact with strong corrosion chemicals.
