Overview
WD9201P COD ammonia nitrogen tester is a water quality testing instrument of JINGQI brand. It adopts imported high-luminance long-life cold Illuminant and high-stability narrow-band interference Optical inspection system to ensure that the instrument has extremely high stability and repeability. The digestion instrument and the host are independently designed, which does not affect the stability of the Optical inspection system, and is suitable for the accurate measurement of COD and ammonia nitrogen.
Features
1. Imported high luminance, long life Cold Illuminant and high stability Narrowband Interference Optical inspection system, instrument stability, high repeability.
2. The digester and the host are independent instruments, which do not affect the stability of the Optical inspection system.
3. Digestion instrument temperature PID automatic temperature control, timing, high accuracy.
4. The digestion temperature and time can be set steplessly and can be used for other purposes.
5. Colorimetric digestion, Colorimetric with the same digestion Colorimetric tube, high strength, hardness, can be used multiple times, repeability.
6. Can save COD, ammonia nitrogen standard Linear dispersion of 10 and 99 measured values, power is not lost.
7. With printing function: the test record can be printed immediately or the query record can be printed.
8. With USB interface data upload function, the data records stored by the instrument can be uploaded to the computer for saving or editing and printing.
9. LCD large-screen liquid crystal display, long life and low failure rate, operation Chinese menu display.
Principle
Colorimetric analysis is carried out based on high stability narrow-band interference Optical inspection system and cold Illuminant. Water samples are heated and digested by digestion instrument, and PID automatic temperature control technology is used to ensure accurate digestion process. After digestion, Colorimetric measurement is carried out through the same digestion Colorimetric tube to calculate COD and ammonia nitrogen concentration, and the data can be stored, printed or uploaded.
Applications
Water quality testing, environment monitoring, industrial wastewater treatment, laboratory analysis
Steps
1. Prepare Water Sample and Reagent and place in Colorimetric tube.
2. Set the digestion temperature and time parameters.
3. Start the digestion instrument for heating digestion.
4. After the digestion is completed, put the Colorimetric tube into the host for Colorimetric measurement.
5. Read and record measurement results, optionally print or upload data through USB interface.
Notice
• Instrument Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 40 ℃.
• Operating Relative Humidity not exceeding 85%.
• Use AC (220 +/- 22) V power supply, frequency (50 +/- 0.5) Hz.
• The temperature control accuracy of the digester is +/- 0.5 ° C to ensure accurate temperature setting.
• Chlorine resistance ≤ 2000mg/L (COD measurement only).
Colorimetric tubes can be used for repeatability, but they need to be kept clean.
• Data storage function supports power failure without loss, but regular backups are recommended.
