Overview
WD9204B Portable water quality tester is a professional testing equipment produced by JINGQI. It adopts the separate design of digestion instrument and measuring instrument to effectively ensure the measurement accuracy. The instrument has the measurement function of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen. Measurement range is 0.02~ 25mg/L and 0.05~ 100mg/L, respectively, suitable for on-site rapid water quality analysis.
Features
1. The digestion instrument and the measuring instrument are designed separately and do not affect each other to ensure the Measurement accuracy. The temperature is automatically controlled and timed by PID.
2. Adopting a high-performance ultra-low-power 16-bit microcontroller, the standby time of the instrument can reach more than 6 months.

Principle
The instrument works based on the Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry principle. After the water sample is digested at a specific temperature and time in the digestion instrument, the substance to be tested reacts with the Reagent to form a colored compound. The cold Illuminant in the meter emits light of a specific wavelength, which is irradiated to the sample through a narrow-band interference Optical inspection system. Absorbance or light transmitance is detected, and the concentration of the substance to be tested is calculated according to the built-in standard Linear dispersion.

Steps
1. Prepare the water sample to be tested and the required Reagent.
2. Add the water sample and Reagent to the digestion tube and put it into the digestion instrument for digestion.
3. After digestion is complete, remove the sample and chill down.
4. Put the processed sample into the tester sample chamber.
5. Select the corresponding test item (e.g. ammonia nitrogen or total nitrogen) on the instrument.
6. The instrument automatically reads and displays the measurement results.
7. Data can be exported or printed by connecting to the computer through the USB port.
Notice
