Overview
The WD9302B Portable water meter is a Portable testing device produced by JINGQI for the measurement of key parameters such as total phosphorus, total nitrogen and COD (chemical oxygen demand) in water samples. The instrument is designed to separate the digester from the meter, ensuring Measurement accuracy, and has good portability and data management functions.
Features
1. The digestion instrument and the measuring instrument are designed separately, which does not affect the Measurement accuracy. The temperature is automatically controlled and timed by PID.
2. Adopting a high-performance ultra-low-power 16-bit microcontroller, the standby time of the instrument can reach more than 6 months.

Principle
The instrument works based on the Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry principle. First, the water sample is heated and digested in a matching digestion instrument to convert the substance to be tested into a measurable form. After digestion is completed, the sample is transferred to the measuring instrument. The cold Illuminant inside the measuring instrument emits light of a specific wavelength, passes through the sample solution, and the absorption or transmission of light is detected by the narrow-band interference Optical inspection system. The concentration value of total phosphorus, total nitrogen or COD in the sample is calculated by a high-performance single-chip microcomputer.

Steps
1. Prepare water samples and corresponding Reagents according to the items to be tested (total phosphorus, total nitrogen or COD).
2. Add the water sample and Reagent to the digestion tube, put it into the digestion instrument for heating digestion, and the instrument automatically controls the temperature and timing.
3. After digestion is complete, remove digestion tube and chill down to room temperature.
4. Place the processed sample in the Colorimetric tank of the analyzer.
5. Select the corresponding standard Linear dispersion or measurement program on the meter.
6. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically reads and displays the concentration results.
7. You can connect to the computer through the USB port to export or print measurement data.
Notice
• Please read the manual carefully before use and follow the operation steps.
• Ensure that the digester and tester are used under the specified environment conditions.
• Different measurement items need to use the corresponding Reagent and Standard Linear dispersion, please do not mix.
• Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
• After the sample is digested, it needs to be fully chilled down before measurement to avoid high temperature affecting the measurement results and instruments.
• Keep Colorimetric Tank clean to avoid contamination affecting Optical inspection measurements.
• Although the instrument has IP65 Protection Rating, it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong Impact.
• When storing data, pay attention to the battery power, and it is not recommended to remove the battery for a long time.
