Overview
The WD9304B Portable water quality analyzer is a professional water quality analysis equipment produced by JINGQI. It adopts a separate design of digestion instrument and measuring instrument to effectively ensure measurement accuracy. The instrument has a built-in high-performance single-chip microcomputer, long standby time, and is equipped with a cold Illuminant narrow-band interference Optical inspection system to ensure Optical inspection Stability. It has data storage, power failure protection and USB communication functions, which is suitable for rapid determination of various water quality parameters.
Features
1. The digestion instrument and the measuring instrument are designed separately, which does not affect the Measurement accuracy, and the temperature PID automatic temperature control and timing.
2. Adopting a high-performance ultra-low-power 16-bit microcontroller, the standby time of the instrument can reach more than 6 months.
3. Operation saves time.
4. Cold Illuminant, Narrow Band Interference Optical inspection system, Optical inspection Stability.
5. Equipped with data power-off protection function.
6. Each can store 30 standard Linear dispersions and 199 measured values with time labels (year, month, day, hour, minute, second) (including Measured value, light absorption value and light transmitance).
7. Equipped with a USB port, it can be connected to a computer to read records or print stored data.
8. The main machine shell adopts molded ABS material, IP65 design, good waterproof and dustproof performance.
Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of Spectrophotometric method, spec-trophotometry. After the water sample to be tested undergoes a specific Reagent reaction (some parameters such as total phosphorus and total nitrogen need to be digested at high temperature by a digestion instrument), a colored compound is generated. The cold Illuminant in the measuring instrument emits light of a specific wavelength, which passes through the sample solution, and the narrow-band interference Optical inspection system detects the change of its Absorbance or light transmitance. The internal microcontroller of the instrument calculates the concentration value of the corresponding components (such as ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen) in the sample according to the pre-calibrated standard Linear dispersion.
Applications
Environment monitoring, sewage treatment, water works, industrial process water control, laboratory analysis, scientific research and education
Steps
1. Prepare the corresponding Reagent and water sample to be tested according to the parameters to be measured (such as ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen).
2. For the indicators that need to be digested (such as total phosphorus and total nitrogen), use the matching digestion instrument to digest the sample according to the set temperature and time.
3. Pour the processed sample into the Cuvette.
4. Place the Cuvette in the measurement cell of the meter.
5. Select the corresponding test item in the instrument menu or call the stored standard Linear dispersion.
6. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically reads and displays the concentration results.
7. After the measurement is completed, the data can be automatically saved and exported to the computer via the USB port.
Notice
• Please strictly follow the Reagent instructions and operation steps for sample pretreatment and measurement.
• Make sure the Cuvette is clean and scratch-free, and wipe the outer wall after loading the sample.
• Pay attention to high temperature during the digestion process to avoid burns.
• Instruments and digesters should be placed in a stable, drying, no strong electromagnetic interference environment.
• Periodic instrument calibration to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Although the instrument has an IP65 Protection Rating, it should still avoid prolonged immersion or strong flushing.
• When measuring different items, take care to switch the correct instrument measurement program or Linear dispersion.
