Principle
According to the target temperature and digestion time set by the user, the instrument rapidly heats up and precisely controls the temperature through the internal heating system, and performs thermostatic heating digestion on the water sample placed in the reaction tube to complete the pretreatment process of COD, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, total chromium and other chemical analysis.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Put the reaction tube containing the sample into the digestion hole of the instrument.
3. Set the required digestion temperature and time through the instrument panel.
4. Start the instrument and start the heating digestion process.
5. After the digestion is completed, the instrument prompts to remove the sample for subsequent analysis.
Notice
• The temperature of the instrument is high, do not touch the heating area to prevent burns.
• Please use imported Glass digestion tubes that are standard or meet the specifications of the instrument to reduce the risk of tube explosion.
• When the temperature of the instrument exceeds 185 ° C, the secondary protection function will start and automatically cut off the power supply. At this time, check the settings and wait for the instrument to chill down.
• Instrument power consumption ≤ 400W, please ensure that the Power supply voltage is AC220V, and connected to the required socket.
