Overview
The CHNSPEC CS-810 Colorimeter is a Benchtop transmission Colorimeter. It uses a dual optical path sensing array Sensor, and the color sensing is accurate and stable, with a resolution of 0.0001. It is used for the measurement of parameters such as liquid transmittance, light absorption, and concentration chroma, and is particularly suitable for Glass and liquid Color measurement. The instrument adopts a D/0 measurement structure with integrated UV-enhanced silicon photodiode, full-band Illuminant, single-grating optical path spectroscopy system, and ETC real-time calibrating technology. Transmittance Standard Deviation is within 0.08%, and the chromatic value is Delta E * ab 0.015.

Principle
The CHNSPEC CS-810 Colorimeter uses a D/0 illumination Geometry conditions and dual beam of light spectrum photometer system, using UV-enhanced silicon photodiodes and full-band equalized LED Illuminants for spectroscopy. The instrument analyzes the light spectrum of the sample through a single grating dual-path spectrometer system (SCS Optical inspection engine), measurement Transmittance, absorbance and chroma parameters. ETC real-time calibrate technology utilizes in-house standard whiteboard calibrate hardware and software in each test to ensure data accuracy and Repeatability.

Steps
1. Connect the instrument to the PC and start the Color Management software.
2. Place the sample (such as Cuvette) in the measurement diameter (25.5 * 10mm).
3. Measurement parameters (e.g. Transmittance, chroma).
4. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically performs ETC calibrating and acquires data.
5. View the results in the display mode (e.g. transmission map, chromatic values, color difference values).
6. Use software to analyze data, compare Colors, or generate reports.
7. Optional connection printer to print measurement data in real time.
Notice
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be kept at 0~ 45 ℃, relative humidity 80% or lower (35 ℃) to avoid condensation of water vapor.
Storage ambient temperature range is -25~ 55 ℃, relative humidity 80% or less (35 ℃), no water condensation.
• Ensure that the measurement caliber is clean to avoid contamination affecting accuracy.
• Check the calibrated state of the instrument before use, ETC technology automatically handles it, but requires regular maintenance.
• Avoid operating in bright light or vibrating environments to prevent interference with measurement.
• Make sure the USB interface is stable when connecting the software to prevent data loss.
Illuminant life of about 5 years or 1.50 million times, need to pay attention to the replacement cycle.
