Overview
JINGQI WGZ-1000P precision turbidity instrument is a precision measuring instrument using high-performance Illuminant and advanced single-chip microcomputer system for the measurement of liquid turbidity. The instrument has the characteristics of High Accuracy and High Stability, Measurement range can reach 0~ 1000NTU, and is equipped with a large-screen Chinese display and Operating interface.
Features
1. Imported high performance, long life (100,000 hours), high luminance Illuminant, with narrow band filter system, Optical inspection Stability, strong anti-interference ability, high accuracy and good Stability.
2. Large-screen LCD Chinese display, Chinese menu operation, simple and intuitive.
3, can save 10 standard Linear dispersion and 500 measured values, power failure is not lost.
4. The main machine case is made of ABS material after mold, which has good corrosion resistance.
5, using high performance, low power consumption 16-bit microcontroller system, good performance.
6. With printing function and USB interface upload function.
Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of light scattering. Its built-in high-luminance Illuminant emits a beam of light of a specific wavelength, which is irradiated to the sample after passing through a narrow-band filter system. The suspended particles in the sample scatter the light, and the instrument detects the intensity of the scattered light at a specific angle. Through internal algorithms and calibrated Linear dispersion, the optical signal is converted into a turbidity value (NTU) and displayed.
Applications
Water treatment, environment monitoring, food and beverage, pharmaceutical industry, chemical production
Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up to ensure the stability of the instrument.
2. Prepare the sample to be tested and the standard solution.
3. Select or call the corresponding standard Linear dispersion.
4. Use zero turbidity water to calibrate (zero).
5. Put the sample to be tested into the Sample chamber and put it into the measurement chamber.
6. Start the measurement, read and record the displayed turbidity value.
7. After the measurement is completed, the data can be saved, printed or uploaded through the USB interface.
Notice
• The instrument should be used at an Ambient Temperature of 5~ 40 ° C and a relative humidity of ≤ 70%.
• Power supply voltage needs to be AC (220 +/- 10%) V, 50Hz.
• Sample chamber clean, no scratches, no water stains before measurement.
• Use zero turbidity water or standard solution for calibrating to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid direct exposure to strong light Optical inspection parts of the instrument.
• When not in use for a long time, it should be checked regularly.
• Net weight of the instrument is 4kg, and it should be stable when handling and placing.
