Overview
WGZ-400 precision turbidity instrument is a High Accuracy measuring instrument of JINGQI brand. It adopts imported high-performance Illuminant and narrow-band filter system, and has the characteristics of strong Optical inspection stability, high accuracy and good stability. The instrument is equipped with large-screen LCD Chinese display and Chinese menu operation, which is simple and intuitive, and is suitable for a variety of turbidity measurement scenarios.
Features
1, the use of imported high performance, long life (100,000 hours), high luminance Illuminant, with narrow band filter system, Optical inspection stability, not easy to be disturbed by various light, so the instrument accuracy is high, stability is good.
2. Large-screen LCD Chinese display, Chinese menu operation, simple and intuitive.
3, can save the standard Linear dispersion 10 and 500 measured values, power is not lost.
4. The main engine case is made of ABS material after mould, which has good corrosion resistance.
5, using high performance, low power consumption 16-bit microcontroller system, good performance.
Principle
Illuminant emits rays of light, reduces interference through narrow-band filter system, and calculates turbidity by measurement of the scattering or absorption of rays of light. High-performance microcontroller system processes data to ensure measurement accuracy and stability.
Applications
Water quality monitoring, environment testing, industrial process control, laboratory analysis
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power and start the system.
2. Select or calibrate the standard Linear dispersion.
3, the sample into the measurement pool.
4. Press the menu operation for measurement and read the turbidity value.
5. Save or record measurement data.
Notice
• The instrument should be used under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 70%.
• Power frequency should be AC (220 +/- 10%) V, 50Hz to avoid voltage instability.
• Optical inspection components are cleaned regularly to prevent contamination from affecting accuracy.
• Avoid operating the instrument in a strong light interference environment.
• The net weight of the instrument is 4kg, and it should be handled with care when handling.
