Overview
The SMART SENSOR ST8900 4-in-1 Gas detector is a Portable multi-gas detector that can continuously detect four gases: oxygen, LEL (combustible gas), carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide simultaneously. The instrument is equipped with an LCD screen to display gas concentration in real time, and supports user-defined low concentration/high concentration alarm and STEL/TWA alarm functions. When the detection value exceeds the set range, the user is alerted by sound, light and vibration triple alarm.

Principle
Electrochemical sensor is based on the principle of the instrument. The sensor detects the target gas in real time, converts the gas concentration into an electrical signal, and displays the reading on the LCD screen after internal processing. When the detection concentration exceeds the preset alarm value, the sound, light and vibration alarm mechanism is triggered.

Steps
Step 1 Start the instrument
2. Check Battery Level and Sensor Status
3. Set the desired alarm value (low concentration/high concentration and STEL/TWA)
4. Place the instrument in the test environment for continuous testing
5. Observe the gas concentration reading on the LCD screen
6. If the alarm is triggered, take appropriate safety measures immediately
