Overview
WD8103 nitrate meter is a water quality monitoring instrument of JINGQI brand. It adopts imported high-performance Illuminant and narrow-band filter system, with High Accuracy and stability. The instrument is equipped with a large-screen LCD Chinese display, which supports long-term data storage and user self-calibration Linear dispersion, which is suitable for rapid determination of nitrate concentration.
Features
1. Imported high performance, long life (100,000 hours), high luminance Illuminant, with narrow band filter system, Optical inspection stability, not easy to be disturbed by light, high accuracy and good stability
2. Large-screen LCD Chinese display, Chinese menu operation, simple and intuitive
3, measurement data can be stored for a long time, Linear dispersion in addition to factory calibration, but also support users to calibrate
4. The main engine case is made of ABS material after mould, which has good corrosion resistance
5, using high performance, low power 16-bit microcontroller system, good performance
6. Based on more than a decade of experience in the production of water quality monitoring instruments, ensure product quality
Principle
The instrument uses imported high-performance Illuminant emission rays of light, penetrates the interference light through the narrow-band filter system, detects the absorption or reaction of nitrate in the sample to specific wavelength light, processes the data by the 16-bit single-chip microcomputer system, and finally displays the measurement results on the LCD screen.
Applications
water quality monitoring
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power and start the system
2. Select the measurement mode through the Chinese menu
3. Perform sample calibration or use factory Linear dispersion
4. Put the sample into the measurement area and start the measurement
5. Read and save measurement data
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept within 5~ 35 ℃
• Use AC 220 +/- 22V 50 +/- 0.5Hz power supply to avoid voltage fluctuations
• Optical inspection components are cleaned regularly to prevent contamination from affecting accuracy
• Linear dispersion should be calibrated using standard solutions to ensure accuracy
Avoid humid and corrosive environments during storage to extend instrument life
