Overview
WD8215 lead meter is a professional water quality monitoring instrument of JINGQI brand, used for the measurement of lead content in water, the measurement range is 0.01~ 0.50mg/L. The instrument adopts advanced Optical inspection system and single chip technology, with High Accuracy and stability, suitable for environment monitoring and other fields.
Features
1. Imported high performance, long life (100,000 hours), high luminance Illuminant, with narrow band filter system, Optical inspection stability, not easy to be disturbed by light, high accuracy and good stability.
2. Large-screen LCD Chinese display, Chinese menu operation, simple and intuitive.
3. The measurement data can be stored for a long time. In addition to the factory calibration of Linear dispersion, the working Linear dispersion also supports users to calibrate Linear dispersion by themselves.
4. The main engine case is made of ABS material after mould, which has good corrosion resistance.
5. Adopt high-performance, low-power 16-bit microcontroller system with good performance.
6. Based on more than a decade of experience in the production of water quality monitoring instruments, we ensure product quality.
Principle
The instrument uses imported high-performance Illuminant and narrow-band filter system to measure lead content in water through Optical inspection detection principle. After the light emitted by Illuminant is absorbed by the sample, the detection system analyzes the change of Absorbance, and combines the data processed by the single-chip microcomputer system to calculate the lead concentration value.
Applications
Water quality monitoring, environment monitoring
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power supply and ensure that the AC 220V power supply is connected.
2. Select measurement mode or calibration Linear dispersion through the Chinese menu.
3. Prepare the sample and place it in the measurement cell.
4. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically analyzes and displays the results.
5. Save the measurement data and perform user self-calibration if necessary.
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is AC 220 +/- 22V and the frequency is 50 +/- 0.5Hz before use.
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained between 5 and 40 ° C.
• Operating Relative Humidity not exceeding 85%.
• Optical inspection stability by avoiding strong rays of light.
• Regularly check the instrument Optical inspection system to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Pay attention to storage space when saving data to avoid data loss.
