Overview
WD8803 chlorine dioxide tester is a water quality testing instrument of JINGQI brand, with the characteristics of easy operation and high Sensitivity. It is widely used in urban water supply, food and beverage, environment, chemistry, thermoelectricity, papermaking, aquaculture, bioengineering, fermentation process, Spinning & weaving printing and dyeing, Petrochemicals, water treatment and other fields of on-site rapid detection of water quality.
Features
1. High-performance ultra-low power consumption 16-bit microcontroller.
2. LCD large-screen liquid crystal display, easy and intuitive to operate.
3. The instrument is convenient and compact, making it easy to carry for on-site testing.
4. Standard Linear dispersion 20 and 199 measured values (including residual chlorine value, light absorption value and light transmitance with time label year, month, day, hour, minute and second) can be stored.
5. Cold Illuminant, Narrow Band Interference Optical inspection system, Optical inspection stability.
6. Data power-off protection function.
7. The main machine case is made of molded ABS material, IP65 design, good anti-corrosion, waterproof and dustproof performance.
Principle
The instrument adopts Cold Illuminant and Narrow Band Interference Optical inspection system, through the measurement of chlorine dioxide absorption value or light transmitance, combined with high-performance single-chip microcomputer processing data, to achieve rapid detection.
Applications
Urban water supply, food and beverage, environment, chemistry, thermoelectricity, papermaking, aquaculture, bioengineering, fermentation process, Spinning & weaving, Petrochemicals, water treatment
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power.
2. Select or calibrate the standard Linear dispersion.
3. Collect water samples and make measurements.
4. Read and save measurement data (including residual chlorine value, light absorption value and light transmitance).
5. Turn off the power of the instrument.
Notice
• Ensure that the instrument is used in a drying environment to avoid water ingress.
• Linear dispersion is regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid violent vibration or impact on the instrument.
• Clean Probe promptly after use to prevent contamination.
• Pay attention to the battery level to avoid data loss.
