Principle
Controlled by a high-performance MCS-51 single-chip microprocessor, the Electronic Balance achieves accurate weighing with integrated Sensors and electronic circuitry to ensure high accuracy of results. Its RS232C standard output interface allows data transfer to external devices, expanding Balance functionality.
Applications
Laboratory mass analysis
Standards
RS232C standard
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V/50Hz +/- 1Hz)
2. Balance power on
3. Place the sample in the pan (size φ 80mm) for weighing
4. Use the function keys for automatic correction, tare weight removal, unit conversion and other operations
5. Connect the printer or computer to output data through the RS232C interface
Notice
• Power frequency 220V/50Hz +/- 1Hz to avoid voltage instability affecting accuracy
• Weighing range does not exceed 0~ 120g to prevent overload damage Balance
• Regular Automatic Corrections to Maintain Accuracy
• Pay attention to safety when using the hanging weighing function to avoid sample falling
• Keep the pan clean to avoid foreign objects affecting the weighing results
• Check and deal with alarm information in time when the fault occurs
