Principle
The JA2103N Electronic Balance is controlled by a high-performance MCS-51 single-chip microprocessor to accurately measure mass through internal Sensors and process weighing data to ensure high Accuracy. The RS232C standard output interface allows data transfer to external devices such as printers and computers for automated weighing analysis.
Applications
Laboratory mass analysis
Standards
RS232C standard
Steps
Place the Balance on a stable plane and connect the power supply (220V/50Hz +/- 1Hz).
2. Turn on the power switch and wait for Balance self-test and initialization.
3. Use the automatic calibration function to calibrate (optional).
4. Place the sample on a pan (size φ 80mm) for weighing.
5. Adjust the integration time, Sensitivity, or units (grams, carats, ounces) as needed.
6. Use the tare weight function to remove the container weight.
7. Perform cumulative weighing, counting, or hanging weighing (optional).
8. Connect the printer or computer to output data through the RS232C interface.
9. After weighing, turn off the power and clean the Balance.
Notice
- Ensure that the Balance is placed on a stable, horizontal plane to avoid vibration affecting the weighing accuracy.
- Check whether the Power frequency is 220V/50Hz +/- 1Hz before use to avoid voltage instability causing failure.
- Avoid overloading when weighing, Capacity range is 0~ 210g.
- Regularly clean the pan and fuselage to prevent dust or dirt from affecting performance.
When performing automatic correction, ensure stable environmental conditions and avoid sudden changes in temperature or humidity.
When connecting external devices, confirm RS232C interface compatibility to prevent data transmission errors.
In case of malfunction alarm, immediately stop using and check the cause, and contact a professional for repair if necessary.
When not in use for a long time, disconnect the power supply to save energy and extend the life of the equipment.
