Overview
Electronic Balance is an instrument for weighing the mass of objects. It adopts strain sensor, capacitive sensor or electromagnetic equilibrate sensor. The strain sensor is simple in structure, low in cost but limited in accuracy. It is suitable for accurate weighing and mass analysis in scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, biology, industrial and mining enterprises and Miscellaneous fields.
Features
1. Unique appearance, STN wide viewing angle LCD display
2. Multiple Measurement Unit Conversion and Counting Functions
3. Optional RS-232C output interface, cost-effective
Principle
Electronic Balance detects the mass of the object through a strain Sensor, a capacitive Sensor or an electromagnetic equilibrating Sensor, and converts the mass signal into an electrical signal for display and processing.
Applications
Scientific Research Institutions, Colleges, Biology, Industrial and Mining Enterprises, Miscellaneous Fields
Steps
1. Place Electronic Balance on a Smooth Surface
2. Connect the power supply (220V/50Hz +/- 1Hz)
3. Turn it on and wait for the initialization to complete.
4. Place the object to be weighed on the pan (size 188 * 173mm)
5. Read the mass value on the LCD screen
6. Optional use of RS-232C interface to output data
Notice
• Power frequency 220V/50Hz +/- 1Hz
• Make sure Balance is placed horizontally before weighing
• Weighing range must not exceed 0-500g
• Avoid use in vibration or unstable air flow environments
• Regularly clean the pan to maintain accuracy
