The ZY-TB-G bar Lab Film Applicator is a product developed and produced according to the requirements of the national standard GB/T 9756-2018, which is used to Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates. The device can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples, which solves the inconsistency problem caused by artificial film due to speed, pressure and other factors, and greatly improves the reproducibility of the film.

3. Equipped with Platen Heating function, Heating Temperature range is above room temperature to 100 ℃.
4. Touchscreen control, regulator display accuracy up to +/- 0.001mm, intuitive and accurate operation.

Principle
Driven by a motor, the device moves the wire-wound drawdown bar at a preset constant speed while applying a steady pressure on the coating applicator to evenly Spreader out a wet-film of a specific thickness on different substrates. The Platen Heating function assists in controlling the temperature of the Spreader environment, ensuring Stability and conformity of the film process.

Steps
1. Place the substrate to be Spreader on the equipment bench and fix it with a fixture (if equipped).
2. According to the test requirements, select the appropriate wire-wound drawdown bar and install it.
3. Set the required parameters such as Spreader speed and heating temperature through Touchscreen.
4. Spreader the material in front of the bar.
5. Start the device and complete the Spreader process automatically.
6. After the Spreader is completed, the sample is removed for subsequent processing or testing.

The power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz, please ensure that the power supply matches.
Please read the instructions carefully before operation and ensure that the equipment is placed on a stable workbench.
* According to the uneven thickness of the substrate, Accessories such as trimming the horizontal height support foot device or silicone pad can be selected to ensure the smoothness of the Spreader.
When using the heating function, please pay attention to the high-temperature surface to avoid burns.
* Regularly clean the wire-wound drawdown bar and work area to prevent residue from affecting the Spreader mass.
* Optional accessories, if the vacuum pump is external, need to be connected correctly when using.
