HUANGYI 1.5 cubic meters environment test chamber HYQC-1500 is an Environmental performance equipment that complies with QB/T 2761-2006 "Method for Determination of Purification Effect of Indoor Air Purification Products". The cabin is composed of stainless steel frame and 10mm float plate Glass to ensure no background interference and Memory effecy, the surface is smooth and clean and no adsorption material, and the cabin door adopts airtight non-adsorption sealing strip to ensure sealing.

Principle
The test cabin is sealed by stainless steel frame and Glass structure, and the air circulation is promoted by fans. Air samples are collected through the sampling system to determine the purification effect of indoor air purification products. The cabin sealing design ensures that the gas leakage rate is controlled within the standard range during the test process.

Steps
1. Prepare the test sample and place it on the stainless steel sample rack
2. Close the hatch and use the compression handwheel to tighten the sealing
3. Start the fan and fluorescent lamp to simulate the test environment
4. Air sampling through the ball valve control of the sampling port
5. Record and analyze test data

• Make sure the hatch is well sealed to prevent gas leakage
• Check whether the ball valve of the sampling system is working normally before sampling
