Overview
HUANGYI VOC equilibrate pretreatment cabin (6 barrel type) model HYV-60-6, provides a clean enclosed space, accurately controls the cabin temperature, humidity, background concentration, wind speed, relative pressure and ventilation rate, and simulates the pollutant release process of the product in a specific environment. Mainly used to detect whether the plastic track materials meet the requirements of T/310101002-C003-2016 "limit of harmful substances on plastic surfaces in school sports venues".

Principle
The test chamber includes a thermal insulation shell, a thermostatic chamber, a combined work compartment and an equipment compartment from the outside to the inside. The thermal insulation shell is filled with thermal insulation material to prevent energy loss; the thermostatic chamber indirectly controls the temperature by controlling the air temperature; the work compartment is made of inert mirror stainless steel, which has good sealing and maintains micro-positive pressure to prevent pollution; the equipment compartment is placed with monitoring, temperature and humidity control, air supply, filtrate purification and other components.
