Overview
HUANGYI HYQL-150 ozone aging test chamber is a climate simulation test equipment, suitable for non-metallic materials and rubber products under static tensile deformation, exposed to air with constant ozone concentration and thermostatic environment for mixed aging test. The equipment is mainly used for ozone aging performance testing of vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, cable insulation sheath and other products.

Principle
The device generates ozone gas through a silent effective ozone generator, which is mixed with the treated air in the exchanger and sent to the test chamber. The UltravioletDetector continuously detects the ozone concentration online and feeds the data back to the ozone generator control system, so that the system can effectively control the ozone generation according to the set value, thereby maintaining the appropriate ozone concentration in the test chamber. At the same time, the heating and humidification system works to ensure that all test conditions meet the requirements.

Steps
1. Place the sample in the test chamber and set the static tensile or dynamic tensile deformation conditions
2. Set ozone concentration, temperature, humidity and other test parameters
3. Start the ozone generator and temperature and humidity control system
4. UltravioletDetector monitors ozone concentration and the system automatically adjusts to maintain stability
5. Set the test time 0~ 9999H, observe the sample surface checking or performance changes
6. After the test, turn off the device and record the data
Notice
• Ensure that the power supply of the equipment is AC380V +/- 10% to avoid voltage instability affecting operation
• Check whether the ozone generator and UltravioletDetector are working properly before the test
Samples should be placed in a static or dynamic tensile state to avoid inaccurate deformation
• Regularly calibrate ozone concentration and temperature and humidity Sensors to ensure measurement accuracy
• Avoid light interference during the test and keep a closed and dark environment
Operators need to wear protective equipment to prevent ozone leakage from harming health
