Overview
The micro drop tester (model NBC-5619B) is a factory direct sales product designed for small electronic consumer products such as mobile phones, telephone handsets, walkie-talkies, MP3s, CDs, electronic dictionaries, etc. The machine uses Japan's Shinano motor as the drive source, combined with pneumatic components and PLC programmable controller to achieve efficient and consistent test performance.

Principle
The motor drives the upper fixture (air finger) down to clamp the mobile phone. After rising, release the air finger, and the mobile phone falls freely. The double-acting cylinder telescopic pushes the mobile phone to the clamping position of the fixture. The motor drives the upper fixture down again to clamp the mobile phone. After rising, it is released, and the mobile phone falls freely again. This process is repeated until the set number of times is reached.

Steps
1. Set the number of tests and parameters
2. Start the machine, and the motor drives the upper fixture down to clamp the product.
3. Free fall after the product rises
4. Double-acting cylinder reset product position
5. Sexual repeability drop process until the set number of times
6. Automatic stop test
