Overview
The GERUISI GRS-ZDM250 automatic film dryer is an experimental equipment for high temperature film research, which is widely used in the preparation of ceramic films, crystal films, battery material films, special nano films and other fields. The equipment can adapt to the scientific and technological development needs of film formation under high temperature conditions in the future. The standard configuration includes a machine and a film applicator with a width of 100mm.

Principle
The device is coated on the substrate by a motor-driven Drawdown blade, and the speed of the Spreader is stable and adjustable. During the coating process, the built-in vacuum pump firmly adsorbs the substrate through the vacuum aluminum plate to prevent its deformation and wrinkling. After the coating is completed, the device dries and heats the film through a strong wind circulation system, and the temperature is accurately displayed and adjusted by the digital Control system to achieve film curing under high temperature conditions.
