SZQ-2250 (75mm) single-sided Applicator is a manual laboratory coating applicator with a film thickness of 2250 μm, an application width of 75mm, and a film accuracy of +/- 2 μm. It is made of high-carbon chromium wear-resistant and anti-corrosion stainless steel. Before leaving the factory, it is tested by imported three-coordinate dimensional accuracy to ensure film accuracy. It is suitable for paints, glues, coatings, inks, chemical New materials and other Moulding. It can be equipped with Film Applicator to automatically scrape the film.

Principle
Film Applicator manually scrapes the substrate with a specific thickness of coating surface to create a uniform wet-film. Its High Accuracy design and wear resistant material ensure stable film thickness, suitable for laboratory Moulding needs.

Steps
1. Prepare Spreader Substrate and Applicator.
2. Place the Applicator on the substrate to ensure that the coating is aligned.
3. Manually scrape the Applicator evenly to form a wet-film.
4. Remove Applicator and check film mass.
