Overview
HUITAI GMP-9160N Water-Jacketed thermostatic incubator is suitable for scientific research or production departments such as biochemistry and agricultural science, for thermostatic experiments such as cell fostering and fermentation. The product adopts Water-Jacketed heating method, which has the characteristics of uniform temperature and long holding time after power failure.

Principle
The water-jacketed heating method is adopted to achieve accurate control of the temperature in the box through the water-jacketed heating system. The PID control mode monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time. When the temperature in the box exceeds the set value or the water level of the water jacket is too high or too low, the system automatically issues a sound and light alarm and takes corresponding protective measures.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply
2. Set the temperature parameters through the large-screen LCD menu interface
3. Set Timer Range 1~ 9999 minutes
4. Start the device to start thermostatic operation
5. Monitor changes in temperature parameters, and if necessary, connect to a computer through RS485 or USB interface to record data
Notice
Equipment should be used in a non-magnetic, non-vibration environment
• Pay attention to the speed when adding water to avoid excessive pumping
• When the water level is low, the equipment automatically stops heating, and the water volume needs to be replenished in time
• Regularly clean the mirror stainless steel liner to maintain hygiene
• Use the equipped casters when moving the device to avoid violent vibration
