Overview
HUITAI GMP-9270N Water-Jacketed thermostatic incubator is suitable for scientific research or production departments such as biochemistry and agricultural science, for thermostatic experiments such as cell fostering and fermentation. The product adopts Water-Jacketed heating method, which has the characteristics of uniform temperature and long holding time after power failure. It is equipped with a large-screen LCD display and PID control to ensure the stability and safety of the experiment.

Principle
The incubator adopts Water-Jacketed heating method, realizes temperature control through Water-Jacketed heating system, and precisely adjusts the temperature in the box combined with PID control algorithm. The diagonal air duct structure in the box promotes air circulation and ensures uniform temperature distribution. At the same time, the pressure equilibrate intake prevents reverse pumping and maintains a stable experimental environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC220V 50Hz.
2. Set the temperature parameters and Timer Range (1~ 9999min) through the large-screen LCD menu.
3. Adjust the shelf spacing in the box to meet the experimental needs.
4. Start the equipment and monitor temperature fluctuations and uniformity.
5. Optional connection to a computer or printer to record data.

• Avoid use in strong magnetic or vibration environments to avoid affecting performance.
• Pay attention to the speed when adding water to prevent excessive pumping.
• Check the water level regularly, and the equipment will automatically stop heating when the water level is low.
