Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely adjusts temperature and humidity through PID control mode, adopts Compressor cooling system and built-in water tank electric heating pipe humidification system, combined with JAKEL pipe flow circulating fan and unique air duct structure to achieve good air circulation, ensuring temperature uniformity and humidity stability in the box.

Steps
1. Connect power supply: Use AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Set parameters: Set temperature, humidity, time and other parameters through the menu-type operation interface.
3. Place the sample: adjust the shelf spacing in the box and place the sample.
4. Start the equipment: Select the wind speed gear of the fan as needed to start the equipment operation.
5. Monitor the experiment: Monitor the situation in the box through the observation window or test hole without affecting the temperature.
6. End the experiment: After the experiment is completed, shut down the equipment and clean the cabinet.
Notice
• Power frequency AC220V 50Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch.
• Pay attention to the wind speed adjustment of the fan during operation to prevent the sample moisture loss from affecting the experimental results too quickly.
• Regularly clean the liner and surface of the box to maintain equipment hygiene.
• When selecting an independent temperature limit alarm system, pay attention to monitoring the temperature overrun.
• When the data processing function is selected, connect the USB or RS485 interface correctly.
