HUITAI LRH-150FN biochemistry cultivating box is a thermostatic equipment specially used for environment protection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic and other scientific research, universities and production departments. It is suitable for water analysis and BOD determination, fostering and preservation of bacteria, molds and microorganisms, and plant cultivation and breeding experiments.

3. Intelligent LCD programmable multi-stage controller (optional): 15-stage 30-step program can be preset, and each setting time is 1 to 99 hours and 59 minutes to achieve automatic control.
4. Independent temperature limit alarm system (optional): automatically interrupt and sound and light alarm when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure safety.
5. Convenient data processing (optional): With USB or RS485 interface, you can connect a printer or computer to record temperature parameters.
Principle
The temperature is precisely adjusted through the PID control mode, and the air circulation system is formed by the JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and the unique air duct structure to ensure the uniform temperature in the box. The brand Compressor and the self-developed cooling system are used to achieve high-efficiency refrigeration, and the 134a without fluorine refrigerant is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The intelligent controller can be programmed for multi-stage operation to simplify the complex test process.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Set temperature, time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Adjust the wind speed gear of the fan as needed.
4. Use the test hole for experimental operation and temperature measurement.
5. If an intelligent controller is selected, preset the multi-segment program and start the automatic operation.
6. Observe the experimental process and connect external devices to record data if necessary.
Notice
• Power frequency meets AC 220V 50Hz requirements before use.
• Pay attention to prevent the sample moisture loss from affecting the experimental results when adjusting the wind speed of the fan.
• Regularly clean the surface of the mirror stainless steel liner and box to keep the equipment hygienic.
• If the temperature limit alarm system is selected, pay attention to monitoring the temperature overrun.
• Avoid scratching the surface of the box and clean it with a soft cloth.
