Overview
QFR type solvent resistance tester is a special test equipment designed and manufactured by SHIBO according to GB/T17748-1999 standard requirements. The instrument is mainly used to measure the solvent resistance of aluminum-plastic composite board coatings, and can also be used for solvent resistance testing of Miscellaneous similar substrate coatings. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, reliable performance and simple operation.

Principle
The instrument uses four layers of medical gauze parceled by flexible wiper head. After absorbing the solvent, scrub back and forth at the same position on the coating surface at a certain pressure and frequency to a specified number of times. The solvent resistance of the coating is judged by visually checking whether the inner layer is exposed at the scrub.

Steps
1. Remove the brush arm, remove the lock mother and compression ring, parcel four layers of medical gauze and fix it
2. Put the prepared sample into the sample box and clamp it
3. Install the brush arm and tighten it with nuts to ensure that the wipe head can move freely
4. Unscrew the knurled nut, pour in the corresponding solvent and adjust the knob door to keep the gauze soaked
5. Turn on the power supply, set the number of scrubbing, and press the start switch to start the test.
6. Automatically stop after reaching the set number of times, and take out the sample for visual inspection results
Notice
• The sample must not be strung during the working process
• The weight of the wiper part should fall completely on the sample
• Select the corresponding solvent according to the test material (butanone for exterior-wall aluminum-plastic panel, Xylene for interior-wall aluminum-plastic panel)
• If there is a numerical display after turning on the power supply, press the reset switch
• You can press the pause switch when stopping halfway.
• Take the worst performance of the three samples as the final test result
