Overview
QWX stain resistance tester is a special equipment designed and manufactured by SHIBO brand according to the relevant international coating stain resistance test methods, which is used to measure the stain resistance performance of various architectural exterior coating coatings.

Principle
As a flushing device for coating stain resistance test, the tester regularly flushes the sample by controlling the water flow, and cooperates with a reflectance instrument to measure the coating stain resistance. It is mainly composed of stainless steel water tank, flow pipe, sample frame, solenoid valve, time relay and other automatic control devices.

Steps
1. Fill the water tank until the overflow stops, and put the sample on the sample rack
2. Set the time relay to 1 minute, dial the switch to the pause position, turn on the power switch, and press the reset button
3. Turn the switch to the working position, the solenoid valve starts to work, the timing starts, and at the same time move the sample to make each part pass through the water flow point
4. After one minute, the valve closes and the flushing stops, turn the switch to pause, and press the reset button
5. Refill the tank for the next test
6. After rinsing, sample drying and reflection coefficient measurement according to relevant regulations

• This device is a combined product of water and electricity, and there must be no water leakage in the pipeline connection
• A leakage protection device is required at the power supply.
• The power plug must be unplugged after use
• It should be separated from wet and dry during operation
• Two people are required to cooperate with the operation, one person operates the controller, and one person moves the sample
