Overview
QFM coating Abradability tester is designed and manufactured by SHIBO brand according to the requirements of sanding test in the new standard. The instrument is mainly used to determine the sanding of indoor putty such as building interior-wall and ceiling. It has the characteristics of reasonable and reliable structure, simple operation, automatic counting and complete machine, and good repeability.

Principle
The instrument is mainly composed of a sanding block and a fixture, a sliding frame, a test bench, a motor, a power switch, a counter and other components. The Working Principle is to make a linear reciprocating motion of the test block with sandpaper on the coating surface of the test plate. After sanding to the number of times specified by the product, observe the area of putty powder stained on the sandpaper to judge the sanding property of the coating.

Steps
1. Fix the test plate horizontally on the test bench plate of the sanding machine, with the coating face up, and the test plate must not be strung during work
2. Unscrew the ingot nut on the cross arm, remove the cross arm and sanding block parts, turn the shaft and nut on the sanding block parts, stick (120) back (No. 0) dry sanding paper (190 * 90 user-provided) on the sanding block, reinstall the cross arm parts, let the sanding block be placed on the putty coating of the test plate, so that the sanding parts can move up and down freely in the cross arm, and the weight completely falls on the test plate
3. Turn on the power supply, set the number of sanding according to the standard requirements, turn on the power switch, press the number switch to make the count display the set value, and then press the start power supply to start working (if there is a value display after turning on the power supply, please press the reset switch)
4. The counting display starts to count automatically, and the instrument automatically stops working when the set value is reduced to zero. The experiment is completed (if you want to stop on the way, press the pause switch to stop)
5. Press the reset switch, take out the test plate, and observe and judge the experimental results
Notice
• When the instrument is working, the counter must not be set at will
• The placement of the instrument should be based on the level before testing
• Sandpaper needs to be replaced for each trial
• After using the instrument together for a long time, the instrument should be disassembled and 20 #oil should be injected into the gearbox, and the oil should also be injected into the parking holes of the two guide bars, but not too much
