Overview
JM-V type film Wear meter is manufactured with reference to GB/T1768-2006 film wear resistance performance test parameters, and at the same time takes into account the test parameters of GB/T17657 on wood wear resistance performance, providing a multi-purpose wear resistance performance test method. It is suitable for laboratory testing the wear resistance performance of various coatings, and can also be used for paper, plastic, Spinning & weaving products, decorative boards, etc. The instrument adopts stepper motor drive, programmable control, and the working parameters and progress status of the instrument are displayed on the LCD screen. The operation is simple, the performance is reliable, and the use is flexible and convenient.

Principle
The wear meter brings two abrasion abrasive wheels at a specified distance into contact with the specimen template mounted on the horizontal turntable. The central axis of the two abrasive wheels is not in the same plane as the central axis of the turntable. When the turntable swirls/spins, the left abrasive wheels generate friction from the outside to the center of the sample surface, and the right abrasive wheels generate friction from the center of the sample surface to the outside, forming a series of mesh-intersecting ring friction marks on the sample surface. This arrangement causes friction in all directions of the sample surface, avoids directional defects, and makes abrasion evaluation more objective.

Steps
1. Install the specimen sample on the horizontal turntable
2. Select the appropriate abrasive wheels according to the test requirements
3. Set abrasive wheels speed and test parameters
4. Start the instrument for abrasion test
5. Observe the working parameters and status displayed on the LCD screen
6. After the test is completed, evaluate the surface abrasion of the sample
