Overview

Principle

The instrument is mainly composed of two parts: pressing frame and demoulding. When using, first place the pressing roller handle and the pressing frame at the back end of the supporting die, so that the supporting film is completely exposed, then insert the sample into the small groove at the back end of the supporting film and use the pressing handle to press one end of the sample plate with the eccentric shaft, then remove the pressing frame and make the sample plate bend and deform evenly along the surface of the supporting film through the rolling shaft on the pressing frame. The pressing frame is moved to the location of Xiao, and finally observe the physical changes on the surface of the sample putty film.

Use the pressing handle to press the eccentric shaft against one end of the sample 4. Move the press down and bend the sample evenly along the surface of the supporting film through the rolling shaft on the press 5. Move the pressing frame to the location of Xiao 6. Observe the physical changes on the surface of the sample putty film
