Principle
The instrument is loaded on the film specimen under specific conditions with a certain working load, and its chalking degree is judged by comparing the standard plate with the specimen. The instrument is mainly composed of a pressing handle, a stretching device, a base, a tray, a pillar and a movable frame.

Steps
1. The test piece needs to be prepared according to the standard
2. Adjust the load grade according to the conditions required by the test piece
3. Put the test piece on a plate, put it at room temperature, soak it in water for 4 minutes and use filter paper adsorption to remove the moisture
4. Hold the handle, press down to the scale value with uniform pressure, and lift the handle
5. Take out the photo paper and compare it with the standard sample
Notice
• Wipe the instrument clean before and after use to avoid sliding and abrasion of the stretching rod
• The parts of the instrument cannot be loosened at will, so as not to affect the accuracy of the instrument
• The instrument after wiping should be placed in a ventilated drying place
