Principle
The instrument adopts D/8 (scattering Illuminant, 8 degree viewing angle) SCI illumination observation conditions, including mirror reflection components. Light spectrum distribution is provided by integrating sphere diffuse illumination and CLEDs full-band equalized LED Illuminant, and the innovative single-grating dual-beam splitting system SCS Optical inspection engine, combined with ETC real-time calibrating technology and automatic Gloss compensation technology, ensures the accuracy and repeability of measurement data.
