The NIRUN NTV-AI500 rotational viscometer is a precision instrument operated by a 7-inch smart Touchscreen. It has the function of automatic conversion of dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity. It supports multiple viscosity unit swapping and viscosity temperature Linear dispersion display. The instrument is suitable for viscosity measurement of hot-melt adhesives, asphalt, paraffin, high polymers and other samples. The temperature control range is from indoor temperature + 5 degrees to 500 degrees, ensuring an accurate and stable test environment.

Principle
The rotational viscometer measures viscosity based on the resistance of the rotor as it swirls/spins in the sample. The ARM chip processes the data quickly and automatically adjusts the speed to suit different samples. The thermal insulation design of the sample chamber reduces heat loss and ensures stable temperature control, resulting in accurate dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity values.

Steps
1. Turn on the power of the instrument and select the operation interface through Touchscreen
2. Set temperature parameters, you can choose single point or program temperature mode
3. Select the appropriate rotor and install it, and enter the speed according to the sample characteristics
4. Place the sample, start the measurement, and the instrument automatically adjusts the speed
5. View viscosity value and viscosity temperature in real time Linear dispersion, select data storage method
6. Use U disk or network interface to export data, optional SNB software to record the whole process Linear dispersion
Notice
• Power frequency within the range of AC100-240V before use to avoid voltage instability affecting accuracy
• When installing the rotor, pay attention to handle it with care to prevent damage to the small shaft structure
Sample dosage should not be too much or too little to maintain measurement accuracy
• The temperature setting needs to be between + 5 degrees and 500 degrees in the indoor temperature. Exceeding the range may affect the life of the instrument
• When correcting the temperature and viscosity coefficient, operate under the premise of reliable data and keep the password properly
• Regularly clean the instrument housing and rotor to prevent sample residues from affecting performance
