9. Password protection temperature and viscosity correction factor, allowing users to correct themselves with reliable and accurate data
10. Support stepless speed measurement viscosity, input any speed directly reflects the full scale under each rotor
11.Automatic conversion of dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity
12. Any exchange of various viscosity units
13. Interchange of a variety of user-friendly operation styles
14. Random with powerful operation wizard help
15. The viscosity value shows continuous change
16. There is an alarm sound beyond the measurement range
17. Computer full-scale linear correction
18. AC Power Adapter 100V-240V, good anti-interference
Principle
The digital Viscometer measures viscosity through the resistance of the rotor as it swirls/spins in the fluid, the built-in ARM chip processes data quickly, and the RTD Temperature Probe monitors temperature in real time for automatic conversion of dynamic viscosity to kinematic viscosity and full scale linear correction.
Applications
Inks, glues, latex, solvent adhesives, polymer solutions, petroleum, paints, solvents, cosmetics, milk products, pharmaceuticals, fruit juices
Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on
2. Select measurement mode and parameters via Touchscreen
3. Install the appropriate rotor and immerse the sample
4. Set the speed and save method
5. Start measurement and observe the continuous change of viscosity value
6. Data can be transferred and saved through a U disk or a Gigabit network port
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is well grounded before use to prevent static interference
• Pay attention to the measurement range when selecting the rotor to avoid triggering an alarm beyond the range
• Reliable data is required when correcting temperature and viscosity coefficients
• Regularly calibrate with standard fluid to ensure accuracy
• Pay attention to U disk compatibility and network connection stability when storing data
