Principle
The digital Viscometer calculates the viscosity value by swirling/spinning the rotor in the fluid, measuring the resistance of the fluid to the rotor, the built-in RTD temperature Probe monitors the temperature in real time, and the ARM chip processes the data quickly for accurate viscosity measurement and unit conversion.

Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on
2. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
3. Set measurement parameters (such as speed, unit, etc.) through Touchscreen
4. Place the sample in the measurement position
5. Start the measurement and observe the viscosity value display
6. Save the data to the U disk or transfer it through the network port as needed
7. Clean the rotor and shut down after measurement

• Make sure the instrument is well grounded before use to prevent static interference
• Pay attention to range matching when selecting the rotor to avoid exceeding the measurement range
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy
