NIRUN NTV-T1L viscosity temperature control machine is a comprehensive viscosity measurement and temperature precision control equipment in one, breaking through the traditional split machine mode, integrated 7 inch Touchscreen host, small sample adapter, SC4 rotor and temperature controller, sample dosage only 2 to 16ml, SC4 rotor cylindrical geometry to ensure accurate viscosity measurement.

Principle
Viscosity measurement system through the SC4 rotor in the sample swirl/spin, combined with a small amount of sample cylinder and temperature controller is closely connected to achieve thermostatic control of the sample; Stir action of the rotor and a small amount of sample to reduce temperature inhomogeneity, to ensure viscosity measurement accuracy; The system allows users to correct the temperature and viscosity coefficient, and adjust the speed by stepless speed measurement.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Install a small sample adapter and SC4 rotor.
3. Add 2-16ml of sample to the sample cartridge.
4. Set parameters such as temperature and speed through Touchscreen.
5. Start the automatic lifting system for measurement.
6. Select the data storage method (single point, continuous or timed).
7. After the measurement is completed, remove the sample cartridge for cleaning.
